(一)Usage and requirements:

1. Before use, check the name of the sterile package, the date of sterilization, whether the package is loose or wet, and check the color change of the chemical indicator tape.

2. Put the sterile bag flat on a clean, dry and spacious operating table.

3. Untie the straps and fold them under the wrapping cloth, then pinch the outer corners of the wrapping cloth with your fingers, and uncover the outer corners, left and right corners, and inner corners of the wrapping cloth in turn. If it is a double-wrapped sterile bag, the inner wrapper should be opened with sterile holding forceps.

4. Clamp the required items with sterile holding forceps and place them in the pre-prepared sterile area.

5. If the items in the bag are not used up, they must be wrapped in order according to the original creases, and the straps shall be wrapped horizontally to show the difference and indicate the opening.

Package date and time, valid for 24 hours. If the contents of the bag are contaminated, they must be re-sterilized.

6. If all the contents in the bag are taken out at once, you can hold the bag in your hand, grab the four corners of the cloth with the other hand, and put all the contents in the bag into the aseptic area safely.

(二)Disinfection method:

In a general dry environment, the validity period of the sterile package is 7 days.  Medical Technology Co. Ltd adopts EO disinfection, the validity period can reach 2 years.

1. The pressure steam sterilization method is the most reliable. But for plastic, glass and sharp scalpels that are not resistant to high temperature and pressure.

Scissors, etc. can be soaked and disinfected with chemical disinfectants

2. The used surgical instruments are cleaned of organic and inorganic substances.

3. After drying, rub paraffin oil on the joints of surgical instruments. .

4. Packing sticker indicating tape to indicate the expiration date of the package name to eliminate europium.

5. After high pressure, take it out and check whether the indicator tape has changed color.
