(一)PVC calendered film is a kind of closed-cell foamed plastic made by adding polyvinyl chloride resin as base material, adding foaming agent, stabilizer and other auxiliary materials, through kneading, ball milling, molding, and foaming. In addition to the soft and hard performance of technical products, there are three types: soft, destructive and proofreading.

(二)The main reason why PVC calendered film has such a wide range of applications is that it has the following characteristics.

1.High tensile strength

The tensile strength of the PVC calendered film is as high as 29MPa. In the previous sandstorms in the northwest, both PE film and EVA film were damaged, but the PVC calendered film was intact.

2.Good insulation performance

As an agricultural greenhouse covering material, glass has the best thermal insulation performance, followed by PVC calendered film (with strong infrared absorption capacity), and again PE film. In addition, the insulation performance of the PVC calendered film at night is not much different from that of glass, which is extremely beneficial to promote the growth of crops.

3.Good transparency

The PVC calendered film is extruded by the mirror roller during the molding process, the surface finish is very high, and the phenomenon of condensation of water droplets is less, so the light transmittance is higher, which is very beneficial to the photosynthesis of crops.

4.Uniform thickness

Since the roll of the PVC calendered film is in the shape of a middle drum, the middle rolls are crossed, the lower roll has pre-strain, and the roll surface is finely ground, so the thickness accuracy is high.

5.Good bonding performance

According to the needs of the application, the PVC calendered film can adopt methods such as high-frequency welding, thermal bonding and adhesive bonding, which is convenient to use.
