Polyethylene film is one of the commonly used film materials in flexible packaging, generally divided into LDPE low-density polyethylene (high-pressure polyethylene) plastic film, HDPE high-density polyethylene (low-pressure polyethylene) plastic film, LLDPE (linear polyethylene) plastic film. The following is a description of the different methods of polyethylene film.

Step 1: Appearance

High-pressure polyethylene plastic film, bright luster, high transparency;

Low-pressure polyethylene plastic film, low luster, fog, milky white frosted color;

Linear polyethylene plastic film, appearance transparency, gloss between high-pressure polyethylene and low-pressure polyethylene film.

Step 2: feel

High-pressure polyethylene plastic film, softer;

Low-pressure polyethylene plastic film, relatively stiff;

Linear polyethylene plastic film is not as smooth and soft as high-pressure polyethylene plastic film, nor as stiff as low-pressure polyethylene plastic film.

Step 3: Stretch

High-pressure polyethylene plastic film, good impact resistance, large elongation;

Low-pressure polyethylene plastic film, tensile strength than high-pressure polyethylene plastic film, high tensile strength, small elongation;

Linear polyethylene plastic film, tensile strength than high pressure polyethylene plastic film, and low-pressure polyethylene plastic film are high, medium elongation.

Step 4: Rub

High-pressure polyethylene plastic film, smooth, low sound, easy to open the bag;

Low-pressure polyethylene plastic film, loud, easy to open the bag, after rubbing the film white, there are creases;

Linear polyethylene plastic film, low sound, the bag is not easy to open.
