When fitting the blade with the handle, disassembly should be easy and there should be no jamming, looseness, or breakage.
During the transmission of the knife, do not turn the blade towards yourself or others to avoid injury.
4. Regardless of the knife holding method, the protruding surface of the blade should be perpendicular to the tissue, and the tissue should be cut layer by layer. Do not use force from the tip of the blade to operate. If the knife is held too high, it will be unstable, and if it is held too low, it will hinder vision. It should be moderate.
