Nebulizer is a treatment device that can atomize liquid into aerosol. The nebulizer includes household and medical use. The use mode of medical and household use is not different and is relatively simple. It generally includes three steps:
1. Dosing: add medicine to the nebulizer according to the doctor's instructions, and dilute the solution with normal saline. However, it is necessary to pay attention not to add or reduce the amount of medicine at will. It is recommended that the medicine that has not been used up at one time be stored in a refrigerator at 2-8 ℃ for no more than 24 hours to avoid affecting the efficacy;
2. Inhale medicine: turn on the power supply, hold the nozzle in your mouth after the indicator light is on, and inhale the atomized medicine until the mist disappears. It is suggested that patients should avoid eating 30 minutes before atomization treatment, fully remove airway secretions, and do not apply oily face cream. When atomizing inhalation, it is best to choose a sitting position. For those who cannot take a sitting position, the head can be raised and 30 ° to the chest. Infants can be in a semi sitting position. The hand-held atomizer shall be kept vertical to the ground to avoid the overflow of liquid medicine;
3. Cleaning and maintenance: after turning off the switch, all accessories of the atomizer must be flushed with warm water and controlled to dry. After use, the parts shall be naturally dried or wiped to avoid moisture. After the parts are completely dry, the atomizer shall be reassembled.
The atomizer is helpful for the treatment of upper and lower respiratory tract diseases, such as asthma and bronchiectasis. It should be noted that if the household atomizer is used, it is only for the personal use of the patient and should not be shared with others. It needs to be replaced after 15 days of use. The service life cannot be extended or the scope of use can be expanded. In case of problems, medical personnel should be consulted.
