At the closing session of the First International Conference on Heart Health, held in Victoria, Canada, from May 24 to 29, 1992, the World Health Organization issued the Victoria Declaration on Heart Health.

Five numbers -

Yellow: refers to yellow vegetables, such as: carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, tomatoes, watermelon, etc. These foods are rich in vitamin A.
Green: refers to green tea as well as green vegetables, especially green tea contains antioxidants, which can resist free radicals and slow down the aging process.
White: like oat flour, oatmeal, not only lower cholesterol, lower triglycerides, for diabetics and weight loss people also have a good effect.
Black: Black fungus can reduce the viscosity of the blood.
