There are no clear top ten contraindications after surgery. Generally, spicy, stimulating and greasy food is prohibited after surgery, and light, nutritious and easily digestible food can be maintained. Hairy food refers to patients suffering from certain diseases, after eating some food that should not be eaten to aggravate the disease, or healthy people after eating some food to induce a certain disease. So some patients think that eating hairy food after surgery may affect the wound healing, but there is no clear study saying that hairy food will affect the wound healing.
1.after gastrointestinal surgery: after surgery, patients generally need to fast for 1-2 days, such as the gradual recovery of intestinal function, after the anal vent can eat a liquid diet, such as rice soup, sesame paste and vegetable soup. For 2-3 days after surgery, you can eat a semi-liquid diet, such as meat loaf porridge, wontons, and vegetable puree. When the gastrointestinal function has recovered to the preoperative level, you can eat more nutritious meat, eggs and vegetables, which contain protein and amino acids and are beneficial to the postoperative wound recovery. However, if the patient has hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes, the intake of fat, cholesterol and sugar should be controlled.
2.after other surgeries: After some surgeries that require bed rest, such as lower limb surgery, the diet should also be based on easily digestible food, because it is easy to slow down gastrointestinal motility during bed rest. After other surgeries, because the gastrointestinal function is not too much affected, the diet can be resumed as soon as possible, with more high-quality protein, low-fat, vitamin-rich food, and no spicy and stimulating and overly hot food to reduce the risk of postoperative infection. Also exclude foods to which you are allergic, especially seafood foods.
