（二）The manufacturing process of Surgical gowns

1.Factory: first carry out the qualification inspection of the production raw materials;

2.Cutting workshop: the raw materials (usually non-woven fabrics) are collected, and the body and sleeves are cut after inspection;

3.Production workshop (the standard is a 100,000-level purified production workshop): After receiving the cut body and sleeves, stitch the sleeves, and cut and heat the waistband;

4.Quality Control Department: Inspect the product and the production process at any time during the production process;

5.Folding part: fold the sutured surgical gown according to the standard size and pack it (usually paper-plastic bags);

6.Sterilization workshop: EO disinfection and sterilization of the packaged surgical gown, and placement analysis after sterilization;

7.After the sterilization analysis, the finished product is inspected, and the outer packaging is added after passing the test, and finally sent to the warehouse for shipment;
