02、Packing of equipment
1、Use air gun to fully dry the instruments including the lumen before packing.
2、Check the cleaning quality of each piece of instrument, no stains, blood stains, rust stains.
3、Check the functional status of each instrument, such as the closure integrity of large grasping forceps, scissors are sharp without curling edge, whether the joints are well-moved, etc. If the function is poor, contact the operating room for replacement in time; joints, scissors and other more astringent activities in time, such as oiling.
4、Check whether the insulation layer of the instruments with power supply is intact and undamaged, use the insulation detector to detect the electrically charged instruments such as separating forceps, electrocoagulation rods, etc., and no leakage phenomenon can be qualified before packaging sterilization and use.
5, according to the catalog again check the number of instruments, functions, etc., instruments in a special box paved with non-woven fabric, placed in the middle of the low-temperature indication card.
6, the instruments are neatly placed in the special box, fiber optic, electrocoagulation line, pneumoperitoneum tube coiled placed on the top of the instruments, the diameter of which is more than 10cm; all the side holes of the instruments are opened.
7、Double check the instruments.
8、After the package is finished, stick the bar code, including the six information such as the packer, the checker, the date and so on.

03、Precautions
1、Check carefully the quantity, function and cleaning quality of the instruments.
2、Don't forget to put the instruction card.
3、Correctly select the packaging material and instruction card according to the sterilization method.
4、Double check and sign.
