There are three types of sub-screens in the operating room: Storz, Stryker and elo. The elo screen is basically abandoned.
Strorz screen
Below are the two types of HD cables for connecting the secondary screen: square DVI and round SDI (choose square or round according to the shape of the output port of the main unit of the laparoscope).
Under normal circumstances, the camera host is connected to the input on the back of the display through the square DVI cable at the output of the host, and whenever the machine is turned on, it automatically recognizes the signal source and displays the image.
Previously, we often mistakenly take the round SDI line to the main screen and the secondary screen connected, which is certainly not an image signal, the principle is that the camera host and the main screen are connected through the DVI line to establish the signal, the main screen only DVI output and no SDI output, which is why the square DVI can be connected directly to the screen screen to screen, SDI can only be connected to one end of the host of the reason.
Stryker Screen
With the Strorz screen out of the way, the following Stryker screen is much simpler, as shown in the picture below, with many input channels on the back of the screen:
Please pay attention to the SDI-In on the right side, just remember this one is enough, screw the SDI cable you have in your hand on this, don't need to care about other things, the screen will automatically search for the signal and display the image. the other end of the SDI cable is connected to the SDI-OUT of the host computer.
