3. After the operation begins, according to the surgical routine and intraoperative conditions, the device, the yarn pad and the like are transmitted to the surgeon and the assistant. Be proactive, agile and accurate.

4. Keep the surgical field, instrument tray and instrument table clean and dry. After the device is used, quickly retrieve it and wipe the blood. The instruments and objects are arranged in order. The instruments used for the unclean parts should be separated and placed, immersed in the liquid medicine or handed to the nurses under the table. Prevent the spread of pollution.

5. Keep an eye on the progress of the operation. If you notice a major bleeding or sudden cardiac arrest accident, you should contact the roving nurse in a timely and decisive manner, and prepare the rescue equipment and items as soon as possible.

6. Keep any tissue that has been cut out. The part to be inspected should be fixed with 10% formalin. After the operation, write the patient's name, hospital room, date, etc. and fill in the registration form.

7. After surgery, assist in wiping the wound and the blood around the drainage tube, dressing the wound and fixing various drainage materials.

8. Treat postoperative instruments and other items. Precision, sharp surgical instruments are handled separately, so do not damage or lose parts. The operation room was cleaned up and rectified.
